"Moon for the Misbegotten" Listen!

Chris Curcio reviews Eugene O'Neill's play about his own brother James. A failed actor, he returns to a Connecticut farm he owns and while there, reveals his love for Josie, the farmer's lusty but sensitive daughter. The Arizona Theatre Company presents the play on Center Stage at the Herberger Theater Center, Phoenix. It plays through March 2. "The African Company Presents Richard III" Listen!

Chris Curcio Reviews Carlyle Brown's play about a pre-Civil War African-American theater company in New York City that threatens a conventional theater with a successful interpretation of Shakespeare's "Richard III." The Black Theatre Troupe presents the play at Stage West, at the Herberger Theater Center, Phoenix. It plays through March 2.
