Rules

We're pleased to announce the winner of the 2008 KBAQ Broadway Giveaway contest is Charlene Boileau. Ms. Boileau has won two 2008-2009 regular season tickets to the ASU Gammage Broadway Across America series. Congratulations to Charlene Boileau and to all the listeners who entered the contest.

Rules

KBAQ's Broadway Giveaway begins Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 12 Noon MST and ends July 30, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. MST.

KBAQ will randomly draw a winner and five alternates from all entries received by 5:00 p.m. on July 30, 2008. KBAQ will conduct the drawing Friday, August 1, 2008 and announce the winner at 12:00 p.m. on 89.5 FM and online on kbaq.org. KBAQ will also notify the winner by phone, mail and e-mail.

The winner must contact the KBAQ development department (480) 833-1122 to reserve the tickets.

There is no purchase or donation necessary. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter

Anyone 18 years and older can participate between Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 12 Noon MST and 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 30, 2008 (Mountain Standard Time) using one of the following methods:

The Prize

Selection of Winner

KBAQ will select one winner and five alternates at random from all entries received by the deadline, 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 30.

All decisions made by station management with regard to the prize, the selection of prizewinners, and the interpretation of these rules are final. Each entrant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.

Prizewinner need not listen or be present to win. KBAQ will notify prizewinner by phone, mail and email.

KBAQ is not responsible for any mechanical telephone error, failure or omission; lost or misdirected mail, faxes or e-mail; neglect on the part of the US Postal Service; or e-mail service disruption.

KBAQ reserves the right, at any time to award the prize to another eligible prizewinner, drawn at random, if the original prizewinner cannot make use of the prize or in the event that the original prizewinner does not meet eligibility requirements. If a prizewinner fails to accept the prize for any reason, KBAQ will not award a make-good prize. KBAQ will not provide replacements for a forfeited prize.

Conditions

Prizewinner accepts responsibility for all taxes, tips and other liabilities. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.

By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless KBAQ including all officers, directors, employees, volunteers and sponsors from all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in KBAQ's Broadway Giveaway promotion

KBAQ, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process or the operation of the KBAQ website as well as any person in violation of the rules.

Right to Make Changes

KBAQ reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement.

Responsibilities

KBAQ is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize.

Copies of Contest Rules

Copies of the written contest rules will be available up to 30 days after the end of the contest at kbaq.org. You may also receive the rules by mail by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to KBAQ, 2323 W. 14th Street Tempe, Arizona 85281.
